Mudjacking is an easy, affordable way to lift concrete by pumping a slurry below a slab through holes at the surface. However, mudjacking isn’t the perfect solution for concrete lifting because the material pumped below is extremely heavy and could create additional settling as a result.

How Does PolyLevel® Lift Concrete?

The PolyLevel® System utilizes high-density polyurethane foam to stabilize and level concrete floors and foundations. The PolyLevel® process starts with drilling penny sized holes in the concrete slab. From there, a structural grade polymer is injected into the void. Once the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam begin to lift and level the slab. The holes are grouted and sealed as part of the final step, and the concrete slab is completely repaired.
